On the ground floor, the living room can easily be converted into an additional sleeping area thanks to a **140x200 cm sofa bed**. **Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.** The house features a fully equipped bathroom and a modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an **oven**, **microwave**, **dishwasher**, and a **Nespresso coffee machine**. An **iron** is also provided.
