The welcoming open-plan living and dining room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining pantry.

A cozy mezzanine lounge provides an additional relaxation area, perfect for reading, unwinding, or enjoying quiet moments. Sleeping Arrangements The house comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three well-appointed bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one of which features a spacious walk-in dressing area. One twin bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children or teenagers. A modern, stylish, and functional shower room completes the interior. Outdoor Living The house opens onto a spacious terrace shaded by a beautiful vine-covered pergola, creating the perfect outdoor living space.

A barbecue is also available for your summer evenings.
