A modern 70 sq m apartment, perfect for four guests, located on the ground floor of a completely renovated building (one step to access).
We are in the heart of the historic center of Iglesias, just steps from the main monuments, characterized by narrow streets, stone paving, and historic buildings.
The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom, two bathrooms, and a small courtyard with a table and chairs.
We are in restricted traffic area (ZTL in Italian).
The interior space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, dining table, small desk, Smart TV and split air conditioning;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, split air conditioning, and access to the bathroom;
- BATHROOM I (enclosed to the bedroom) with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
- PRIVATE COURTYARD (accessible from the bedroom) with umbrella, table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, split heating and air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), washing machine (in the kitchen), hairdryer, drying rack, and iron.
ATTENTION: The two bathrooms do not have windows.
Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions for registering your documents via our Guest Portal.
This procedure allows us to verify your data and documents and send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, the Italian procedure for hosting guests in Italy.

Turning air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period and daily duration of operation depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.
Please note: Completing registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.
In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, a €15 charge will be applied for each linen kit used.

Waste Management (Mandatory) During their stay, guests must dispose of their waste daily, separating it and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated on the calendar. There are no bins or recycling centers in the city, but door-to-door collection is provided, so only small amounts of pre-sorted waste may be left in the home. Failure to comply with local regulations will result in the application of a penalty of €200.00 to the guest. Among cobbled alleys, medieval buildings, and squares steeped in history, you can walk to the Cathedral of Santa Chiara, Salvaterra Castle, and the lively Corso Matteotti, lined with shops, traditional restaurants, and quaint bars. Specifically, at the intersection of Via Satta and Via Don Minzoni, there is one of the municipal electronic gates with cameras for access control. The street is managed by the historic center, and the main details include the following: No unauthorized access: Vehicles without a permit (or not included in the authorized categories, such as residents) are prohibited from access, transit, and parking 7 days a week, from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
