Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is spread over the ground floor and first floor and is laid out as follows: On the ground floor, you will find: - A 28 m² living room with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a shower and toilet On the first floor (accessible via a ladder), you will find: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90×190) For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - An enclosed courtyard of approximately 50 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally situated in Cayeux-sur-Mer, 200 metres from the sea, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (1 small vehicle) or in the nearby public car parks. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Bus stop approximately 700 metres from the house - Nearest railway station: Noyelles-Sur-Mer, approximately 18 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - The first floor is accessed via a ladder. - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - The accommodation is fitted with an external CCTV camera facing the courtyard.
