This accommodation comprises: - a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a single bed, - a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining area (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher, plancha), - a room with a double bed and a single bed, - a bathroom with bathtub and WC, - a separate toilet, - vacuum cleaner, iron, hangers, - a work desk - TV and cable television, - games for children. The accommodation also includes a private parking space and boasts exceptional views of the golf course and valley. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 pm. ##Notes Please note the following additional charges: - Check-in between 9 pm and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 am: 44e → A security deposit will be required before check-in.
