The Cocoonr agency is offering this 20 m² studio flat for rent in Vanves, which can accommodate up to two guests.
Located on the 3rd floor (with a lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a TV and a pull-out bed (2 single beds)
- A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A laundry room is available in the building’s basement, with self-service washing machine and tumble dryer, operated by coin-operated machines
Outside:
- A 2 m² balcony facing the garden, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The studio is ideally situated in Vanves, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets and more... Things to do: - Georges-Brassens Park is a 10-minute walk away - The Dôme de Paris and the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition centre are a 5-minute drive away - The Aquaboulevard is a 7-minute drive away - The Porte de Vanves flea market is an 8-minute drive away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby (paid car park). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Montparnasse station is a 16-minute drive away - Paris-Orly Airport is a 20-minute drive away - Tram line 3a – Georges Brassens stop, a 10-minute walk away - Metro lines 12 (Porte de Versailles) and 13 (Malakoff–Plateau de Vanves) are about a 10- to 12-minute walk away - Vélib’ stations are also available nearby, particularly around Avenue Pasteur and the Albert Legris junction To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
