From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice how cared-for the house and garden feel, with plenty of inviting spaces both inside and out. ★ Comfortable Bedrooms ★ You’ll find 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, giving you a comfortable setup for up to 6 guests. ★ Bathrooms ★ The cottage has 2 full bathrooms plus an extra toilet room, giving you added convenience and making mornings and evenings much easier when you’re staying as a group. ★ Parking ★ There are 2–3 spaces for you on the driveway at the front of the property.
Parking is easy and stress-free, as the road is private for residents only and there is no through traffic. ★ Beautiful Garden & Conservatory ★ You can really enjoy the outdoor spaces here.
The garden is beautifully maintained, full of plants and character, with several different seating areas for you to choose from. There are chairs and a table for coffee or meals outside, as well as other seating areas where you can relax with a drink or a book. You can also enjoy the conservatory, which offers a bright, comfortable space to sit and look out over the garden whatever the weather. ★ Special Feel ★ Lilac Tree Cottage feels warm, cared for and full of charm, with plants and greenery giving it a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere.
