Its strategic location allows you to reach the sea in just 7 minutes by car or 11 minutes by bicycle, with essential amenities available in the immediate vicinity.
A bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it easy to get around using public transport.

The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed, coffee table, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double sofa bed and wardrobe;
