The Cocoonr agency is offering this holiday home for rent in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach.
It has a floor area of 63 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a 21 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, a lounge area, a bedroom and a shower room (with shower). The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and two upper floors. On the ground floor: - A 21 m² living room with a dining area and a fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… On the first floor: - A lounge area with a double sofa bed (sleeps 2), a fireplace (non-functional) and a TV - A bathroom with a shower and toilet On the second floor: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed The house is ideally situated in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting close to the beach.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Water sports centre in Langrune - Explore Caen, its memorial and the D-Day landing sites - Shellfish gathering - Cycle paths, tennis - Riding centre, casino, cinema Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Bus route 101 - Nearest railway station: Caen, 24 km away - Nearest airport: 27 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Further notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets are not permitted. - An extra mattress is available for your use, stored under the single bed. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - The garden shed is not accessible and is reserved for the owners. - The stairs are quite narrow and steep. - A car is essential to make the most of your stay. - The fireplace is not in working order and must not be lit.
