This modern 31 m² Upstalsboom 1-room holiday apartment, lalo10, is perfectly designed for couples and accommodates up to 2 guests.
Located on the first floor in a preferred area of Langeoog, the bright apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing ample natural light.
It includes an open, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator (including a freezer), a filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a 2-burner induction stove. The combined living/sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable box spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a 43-inch SMART TV, and a Bluetooth speaker.
The bathroom offers a towel warmer, rain shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. Guests can utilize a separate room with a washing machine and dryer for free communal use, while a drying rack and vacuum cleaner are available in the apartment.
Please note, this is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
A children’s cot can be provided for an additional fee. The Upstalsboom 1-room apartment, lalo10, offers a charming outdoor experience, located just 1,000 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Langeoog.
Ideal for couples, the apartment is situated in the first floor of the Apartmenthaus Lütjeod, featuring large windows that allow natural light to fill the space.
Although this apartment’s outdoor area is not private, guests have access to a communal laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making it convenient for longer stays.

ich war nun schon zum dritten Mal Gast in dieser Wohnung und bin jedes Mal begeistert. Man ist ganz nah am Geschehen von Langeoog und hat doch Ruhe. Ich liebe die blühende Clematis am Balkongeländer....
Auch toll ist die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschine und Staubsauger zu nutzen.
Ich vermute, dass ich wieder komme!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles war super sauber und die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich und schön. In der Küche eine super Ausstattung und super funktionierende Abdunsthaube, das man auch Abends noch gerne Kochen kann und danach nicht alles nach Kochen riecht. Die Wohnung kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die helle Wohnung ist wunderschön und bietet einen interessanten Blick auf die Hauptstraße und den Bahnhof. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Kissen, Decken und Sofa sorgen für Gemütlichkeit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
