Die Lage, die Wohnung an sich und das Restaurant im EG, leider war es trotz angemeldetem Rollstuhl ein etwas enger Parkplatz. Das Waschbecken im Hauptbad war auch leider nur bedingt unterfahrbar mit dem Rollstuhl, dadurch war die Körperpflege etwas umständlich, aber machbar.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, 1A-Lage und grandioser Ausblick auf die Ostsee!
Kritik: Bäckereien sind fußläufig zu weit entfernt und nur mit Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen.
Die Türen in der Tiefgarage sind so schwer eingestellt, dass man als Frau kaum das Fahrrad aus dem Raum bekommt oder die Koffer zum Fahrstuhl.
