A cosy, comfortable, and peaceful 400 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment perfect for up to two guests.
Bright and thoughtfully arranged, it offers a relaxing space with a private garden for exclusive use. Designed for short stays, the apartment includes a private bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, kettle, and hairdryer, along with free on-street parking.
Please note that this is a compact apartment with limited space and does not have a kitchen or any cooking facilities. Policies (House Rules): Thank you for your interest in our property, we would like to remind you that as per our House Rules, we observe a strict no party policy; Gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home.
Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to loss of deposit and eviction regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported. NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOUSE - Please safely discard used cigarettes in the bin once cool. - Please put your general waste and recycling in the correct bins and please help keep the home tidy by ensuring the bins are put out on the requested day. - Please note unless agreed ahead of time, no pets are allowed at the property. - Please leave the house as you would like to find it and ensure all dishes are washed and put away.
Our housekeeper will be very grateful indeed and can focus on getting the property guest ready again. - Please turn the heating down on departure. - Please water the plants on very hot days. - Please inform us of any broken glasses etc when they happen so that replacements will be arranged for the next guests. Please note: not following the house rules resulting in damages to the property, or causing our housekeeper to undertake extra tasks, may result in extra charges to you. Please help us keep our home and the surrounding area clean and tidy for all our guests. Our Superhost status is valuable to us, in order to maintain this status we must reply to messages within 24 hours and have an overall star rating of at least 4.8. If you have enjoyed your stay and we have been responsive as a host, please give us a 5-star review and leave private feedback as it goes a long way towards making each stay better than the last. Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. Thank you for your understanding. Accidents happen, so If during your stay any breakages occur, please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements may be provided in time for the next guest's arrival. Please could we ask that NO hanging decorations/banners are put up in the property. We hope you have a memorable stay. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
