The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, just 500 metres from the beach.
It measures 55 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living room facing the sea, with a sofa and a dining area - A semi-open-plan kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: the master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: an ideal children’s bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90×190) - A bathroom with a bath and toilet - A shower room with a separate shower For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 30 m² paved terrace and a 60 m² private, unfenced garden with sea views, facing south-east and equipped with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days. Further down, there are several non-private terraces that run along the cliff face.
The garden is 30 metres above sea level.
There is a private staircase of 99 steps leading directly down to the beach. The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Saint-Cast Golf Club - Tennis and padel club - Hiking - A visit to Cap Fréhel - A visit to Fort La Latte Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Plurien railway station is approximately 15 km away - Pleurtuit Airport is 19.5 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in.
