The Cocoonr agency is offering this holiday home for rent in Parentis-en-Born, less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, featuring a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
It has a floor area of 57 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Set on one level, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of around 200 m². Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) - One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A heated swimming pool (shared and fenced) and a hot tub, open from April to October, weather permitting - A 20 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - An unfenced 200 m² garden, facing north The house is ideally situated in Parentis-en-Born, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… A fully equipped residential complex with a reception, 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, a pétanque court, a multi-sports pitch and a table tennis table. A pedestrianised, quiet and secure residential complex, ideal for families.
Restaurant and bread shop on site. In the immediate vicinity: a lake with a beach, water sports, cycle paths, forest trails, water skiing and surfing.
The Dune du Pilat is 40 km away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (space for 2 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest airport: Bordeaux, a 1-hour drive away - Bus service to Parentis-en-Born Other notes: - Pets are welcome, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay per pet. Maximum of two pets (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking. - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and are dependent on favourable weather conditions. - Bed linen and towels are included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
