The Cocoonr Dinard agency is offering this charming 53 m² flat for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The flat is on the second floor of a quiet, secure residential block (the lift goes up to this floor, but the final stretch involves a half-flight of stairs). Situated less than a 10-minute walk from Prieuré Beach and 400 m from Dinard’s famous market, the flat comprises a bright 22 m² living area opening onto a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge with a sofa bed, a bedroom, and a separate shower room and toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 22m² living area with a fitted kitchen (including: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer (3 drawers), a two-ring ceramic hob + additional electric hob, a dishwasher, a conventional oven and a microwave). - A lounge with a sofa bed and a proper mattress (160 x 190), roller blinds for the night, as well as a dining area with a table seating up to 4 guests. - A double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and roller blinds - A bathroom - A separate toilet Neighbourhood: - The property is situated on the edge of Newquay’s vibrant neighbourhoods: Les Halles and Le Prieuré (a stone’s throw from the seafront). - Kerbleuven is less than 10 minutes from Le Prieuré beach (which offers the most beautiful view of Saint-Malo) and Port-Breton Park. - The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is a 4-minute walk away. - Kerbleuven’s location offers quick access to the main roads leading to must-see tourist attractions (the Rance Dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel, as well as neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac and Lancieux …) If you choose to come by car, the flat does not have a private parking space.
You will find free parking spaces in the streets near the property. The Raphael Veil car park is 400 metres from the flat; it is free almost all year round (except in July and August). The “Halles et Plage” underground car park is less than 300 metres from the flat (for more information on parking, please visit the Dinard Town Hall website). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Saint-Malo railway station: 20 minutes by car - Rennes Airport: 1 hour by car. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are allowed in the accommodation – subject to a €25 surcharge.
Please leave the property clean before you leave, ensuring any pet hair is removed.
We ask that you do not allow your pet onto the sofa.
