This beautiful villa with a private pool, located in a quiet village just a few kilometers from Piacenza, will be your base for visiting cities like Milan (80 km), Pavia, and Cremona (50 km), taking a trip to Lake Garda, just over an hour away, or discovering the beautiful historic villages dotted throughout the Piacenza hills (Rivalta Trebbia, Grazzano Visconti, Vigoleno, etc.).
The pool area, surrounded by umbrellas and loungers, and the fully fenced garden will be your private oasis for relaxation. The table under the porch will provide unforgettable dinners after a barbecue.
The heart of the house is the spacious and bright living room, which leads to the upper floor via a beautiful spiral staircase. All the furnishings are thoughtfully designed and elegant.
