A very spacious villa in Rapallo, situated in the hills just a 10-minute drive from the sea. Spanning 270 sqm across 3 independent levels, the villa accommodates up to 16 guests, making it ideal for large groups or families.
The outdoor area offers everything: swimming pool, furnished terraces, barbecue and pizza oven, along with three private parking spaces.

La casa si trova in una buona posizione con una bella vista, il mare si riesce a raggiungere comodamente in 10 minuti di macchina. Bellissima piscina e zona barbecue. Casa molto grande e comoda per gruppi numerosi

Haus war nach einem Unwetter in einem schlechten Zustand. Wir mussten alles selbst aufräumen. Nachts mehrfach Stromausfall im Haus. Keine Reaktion durch Vermieter. Sehr viele Milbenstiche.
