Welcome to La Terrasse de la Rade, a unique 103 m² haven of peace designed to accommodate up to 6 guests and awarded a 4-star rating.
Its main attraction? A spectacular 180 m² south-west-facing terrace, offering a panoramic and unobstructed view of life in Brest harbour.
Whether you’re enjoying a meal sheltered from the sun or a moment of complete relaxation whilst watching the boats come and go to the gentle sound of our fountain, this spacious, light-filled flat, with its three comfortable bedrooms and full range of facilities, guarantees you an unforgettable stay in Brittany. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), the flat is laid out as follows: - A 36 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190), one of which opens onto the terrace - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: A spectacular 180 m² furnished terrace facing south-west, offering breathtaking views of the Brest harbour.
To make the most of sunny days, it features several areas designed with your comfort in mind: - Dining area: a large table and six chairs, sheltered by a spacious awning for your lunches and dinners in the shade. - Relaxation area: an outdoor lounge comprising two sun loungers for sunbathing, a coffee table and two small armchairs for reading or enjoying an aperitif. - A serene atmosphere: a small fountain whose gentle splashing adds a touch of serenity and relaxation as you look out over the sea. The flat is ideally situated in Brest, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Things to do: - A visit to the Capucins site with its cable car - Brest city centre with its many shops - Oceanopolis - The islands of Ouessant and Molène - Exploring Finistère - Water sports Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s garage (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Brest, 4 km away - Nearest airport: Brest, 9 km away - Tram and bus stops within a 10-minute walk Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - Only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted, subject to an additional charge of €15 per stay.
