The Cocoonr agency is offering this flat for rent in Huez, within walking distance of the ski resort.
It measures 26 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 4th floor (with a lift), it is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living area with a TV, a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, hobs… - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A sleeping area in the hallway with 1 bunk bed (sleeps two) - A shower room - A separate toilet Outside: - A 2 m² balcony with a superb view, perfect for enjoying sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Huez, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Grenoble, approximately 65 km away - Nearest bus stop: Les Passeaux (a 5-minute walk away) To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
