We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.

Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Conveniently located near Watford Junction Station, just a 15-minute walk away, offering direct trains to London Euston.

Local buses are also accessible for easy travel around Watford and beyond. This property is a self-check-in property.

You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Please note that access to the property involves approximately 20–30 steps, with no step-free alternative.

For this reason, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or young children. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.

So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of £300. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.

Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Local authorities may also be present (if required). A comfortable king bed, ideal for friends or colleagues travelling together.

Conveniently located in Watford with easy access to transport links and central London. The room features a comfortable king-size bed, a TV and a coffee station for your convenience.

This room uses a fully equipped communal bathroom just outside the bedroom.

Great for one night, convenient for a Wembley concert. Very clean, great communication for checking in and out Close to the station, easy check in and out, convenient bar underneath. The tiny cups for a tea or coffee and no powdered milk for the drink.

A relaxing stay near to the town centre. Big room and clean The check-in process was very simple. The room was a good size, the required facilities were available and worked. The TV with netflix was a bonus !! Nothing that I can mention

Nice place The air conditioning unit started on the roof behind the window from time to time, the noise it makes might disturb light sleepers, it did not bother us too much.
