We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Conveniently located near Watford Junction Station, just a 15-minute walk away, offering direct trains to London Euston.
Local buses are also accessible for easy travel around Watford and beyond. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). A no-fuss single room offering comfort and great value.
With shared bathroom access and a central Watford location, it’s a practical choice for short visits or business trips. A simple, convenient space with a TV and coffee station for an easy stay.

: Spacious room for one person. Single room with shower and sink. No toilet, as advertised. Big windows with lots of light coming through
No AC and couldn't open the windows. Idk if it was me or if it was locked. Would upgrade for some blockout shades.

: Safe and value for money for a solo occupancy
Have to get out of the room to use a shared toilet,although its clean and well stocked the smell is constantly (urine) there.

: Great value for money and in so really good location. Will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend.
