A modern bathroom with full-size shower or bath, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries completes the space. High-speed Wi-Fi ideal for remote work Heating are provided throughout. Self check-in & long-stay friendly Suitable for corporate and offshore stays. From pre-arrival questions to local recommendations or support during your stay, we’re always available via message or phone. To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and luxury experience, please take note of the following: Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM). No Smoking Policy All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest. Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment. Respect the Space – No Parties Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation.
Parties or gatherings inside the property is not permitted. Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee. Towels & Linen Care We provide high-quality linen for your comfort.
Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the space fresh, clean, and enjoyable for all guests. Being based on Dee Place in Aberdeen city centre means everything is within easy reach.
