A bright and comfortable 90 square meters apartment, perfect for two people, located on the second floor of a recently renovated 1970s building (no elevator).
The property is situated in a quiet yet strategic area, within easy reach of the train station, the airport, and the highway entrance.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
Private outdoor parking is available for guests (suitable even for camper vans). OTHER GUEST AMENITIES: private outdoor parking (suitable for camper vans), unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split units in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, insect screens, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: - Please be aware that there are stairs to access the apartment; - Access to the locked room is prohibited. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
