The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming farmhouse in Saint-Alban for rent.
It has a floor area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a 50 m² living room (with a wood-burning stove), a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find: – A 50 m² living area with a TV, sofa, wood-burning stove and a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – A bathroom with a bath and a washing machine. – A separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find: – Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190). – One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). – One bedroom with a single bed. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: – A beautiful, south-facing, unfenced shared garden of 2,000 m². – A 25 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The farmhouse is ideally situated in Saint-Alban, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find restaurants less than 1 km away, and within 6 km there’s a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher’s, a fishmonger’s and various shops. Activities: – Just 5 minutes from Pléneuf-Val and its amenities, as well as its beaches. – Close to Erquy, Cap Fréhel, Dinard and Saint-Malo. – Hiking on the GR34 – Pléneuf Golf Course – Pléneuf Marine Spa – Water sports (kitesurfing, sand yachting, etc.) Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the carport (one vehicle) or in the private car park (three spaces). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Nearest railway stations: Lamballe, 14 km away, and Saint-Brieuc, 28 km away. – Nearest airport: Rennes, 102 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – The wood-burning stove is in working order; wood is not provided. – Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted.
Please specify this when booking. – Bed linen is included; towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner).
