Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in Sarzeau, featuring sea views, walking distance to the beach and Wi-Fi (fibre optic), with a floor area of 90 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living area with a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (bed linen, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
All rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV and a fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two double bedrooms (140x190 cm)
- One double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm)
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 1,000 m² garden + terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Sarzeau, in a residential estate where the neighbours appreciate the peace and quiet.
The beach is just 200 metres’ walk from the residential estate.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes, 27 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 90 km; Nantes, 95 km
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
