The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Merville-Franceville-Plage.
It has a floor area of 77 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 28 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs... - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room with shower and toilet - A separate toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A mezzanine sleeping area: with two single beds (80×200) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, fan. Outside: - An enclosed, private garden of 80 m², with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days (table, benches, armchairs and a parasol) Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The house is ideally situated between Merville-Franceville Plage, Home Varaville and Cabourg, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Sports activities (cycle paths, kitesurfing, surfing, etc.) - A visit to the Poterie de Bavent - The Merville Battery museum and site, and the Pégasus Memorial - Exploring the Orne Estuary - Beuvron-en-Auge Transport: If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available for you. You can also park in the residence’s private car park (spaces both outside and inside the residence). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Dives - Cabourg, 7 km away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 26 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; one pet only (cat or dog).
