Cocoonr offers you this charming, fully-renovated 50 m² historic flat in Dijon to rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood available), double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - A separate WC Outside area : - A 16 m² shaded courtyard with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Dijon, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activity : - Palace of the Dukes and States of Burgundy - Philippe le Bon Tower - Guillaume Gate - The Arquebuse Garden - Halles centrales and central market - Gingerbread Mulot and Petitjean Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Dijon-Ville, a 20-minute walk away - Nearest airport: Dijon-Bourgogne Airport, 7 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided free of charge.
