The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming sea-view house with a swimming pool for rent in Camaret-sur-Mer. It has a floor area of 178 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
– A 40 m² living area with a TV, a sofa, a dining area, a wood-burning stove (wood not provided) and an open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
– Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
– A bathroom with a walk-in shower and two washbasins
– A separate toilet
Upstairs:
– Bedroom 3: with two single beds (80×200) and a pull-out bed (sleeps two)
– Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
– A bathroom (with bath)
– A separate toilet
– An office area
Outside:
– An indoor, heated swimming pool open all year round, measuring 8 x 4 m with a shower and sea view, accessible directly from the living room.
– A beautiful garden (not fenced) of 2,500 m², with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days.
– A large, south-facing terrace of 70 m², with sea views and outdoor furniture.
The house is ideally located in Camaret-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Les Tas de Pois - Nautical activities - Walks and hikes in the surrounding area - Beach activities - Tasting local produce Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s car park (8 spaces). As for transport options, here is some information that you may find useful (approximately 70 km away): - Brest and Quimper railway stations - Brest Bretagne Airport Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; a maximum of two pets are permitted.
Please specify this at the time of booking. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in.
