The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Villecroze.
It has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 14 guests. It comprises a lovely 42 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 6,200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 42 m² living room with a sofa and a fireplace (firewood provided) - A 38 m² dining room - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… with a dining area - A shower room (with shower and toilet) Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 4: with a single bed and a pull-out bed - Bedroom 5: with four single beds, pushed together to form double beds - A bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet) - A separate toilet - A 32 m² studio comprising a sleeping area with a king-size bed (180×200), a sitting area and a study area, along with a bathroom (with bath and toilet). The studio has private external access. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 32 m² swimming pool (private, unheated), open from 15 May to 15 October.
It has a made-to-measure cover and an audible alarm system - A beautiful, private, unfenced garden of 6,200 m², facing south-east, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A covered terrace of 24 m², furnished as a dining area for 14 people The house is ideally situated in Villecroze, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - A stroll through the old village - Hikes in the surrounding area - Exploring the gardens of Villecroze, the caves and waterfalls - Wine tasting at a vineyard Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for five cars). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest station: Draguignan - Les Arcs TGV station, 26 km away - Nearest airport: Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, 100 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - The fireplace is in working order; firewood is provided free of charge (available under the garage) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - The garage is not available for use - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use - Air conditioning is available in the large bedroom and in the adjoining studio - Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
