The Cocoonr Dinard agency is pleased to offer this stunning villa with a swimming pool in Plouer-Sur-Rance for rent.
Situated in a quiet and peaceful hamlet just 7 minutes from the banks of the Rance and 20 minutes from the coast, the villa was built in 2012. Every detail has been carefully considered to offer guests the very best in comfort. The house covers 260m² over one floor and can accommodate up to 8 people. You’ll be charmed by the comfort of the four master suites, the high-quality bedding, the fully equipped kitchen, the house’s bright and airy atmosphere, its tranquillity and spacious outdoor areas, as well as the carefully chosen furniture and décor. The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A spacious entrance hall with built-in cupboards - A separate toilet -Bedroom 1: a master suite comprising a queen-size bed (160x190), a large walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath, a double washbasin and a toilet. - A large, light-filled living area, featuring a cosy lounge area with a smart TV. A beautiful dining table seating eight guests and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (including: a Nespresso machine, an electric kettle, a conventional oven and a steam oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, a three-drawer fridge-freezer, a three-ring induction hob and a Teppanyaki-style griddle). - A utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and plenty of cupboard space. The ground floor offers direct access to the outdoor terraces, which run the length of the house. Important: The fireplace is not in working order. Upstairs: - A terrace furnished with two sun loungers, offering a view of the banks of the Rance - Bedroom 2: A master suite comprising a queen-size bed (160x190), a fitted wardrobe and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The bedroom is fitted with blackout blinds. -Bedroom 3: A master suite comprising a double bed (140x190) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin.
Blackout blinds are also provided. -Bedroom No. 4: A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190) and a large wardrobe.
The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washbasin.
The bedroom is fitted with a blackout blind. Additional facilities: All bathrooms are fitted with heated towel rails. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), wine cellar, iron and ironing board Outdoors: - An enclosed and secure outdoor area set within 3,000 m² of grounds. - A 15m x 3.30m swimming pool, protected by a roller cover (heated from 1 May to 30 September // dates are subject to change depending on the weather). - A large terrace runs the length of the house from the swimming pool (south-west facing) to the rear of the house (north-east facing), allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long. By the swimming pool, the terrace is equipped with four comfortable sun loungers, two small side tables and a sofa.
By the kitchen, a table with chairs seating up to eight guests is at your disposal. Nearby - The house is ideally situated on the banks of the Rance and within the Rigourdaine Special Area of Conservation.
Just a 7m walk away, you can reach the banks of the Rance for a lovely stroll between the land and the river.
Equidistant from three unmissable towns of character: the medieval town of Dinan, the renowned seaside resort of Dinard, and Saint-Malo.
You can reach the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast in 20 minutes, Mont St-Michel in 45 minutes, and Cancale, Cap Fréhel and Saint-Suliac – ranked among the most beautiful villages in France – are just a few kilometres away! - The village centre is 3 km from the house.
There you’ll find all the local shops (bakery and butcher’s, supermarket with a chemist’s and optician’s, florists, organic shop, wine shop, etc.). - A media library, banks with cash machines, a tobacconist’s, a beauty salon, hairdressers, and more. - On Sunday mornings, there’s a small local market selling food (every Sunday throughout the year) and craft items (mainly in summer). - Bars and restaurants in the centre and near the marina. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
There is space for up to 5–6 cars. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo (23 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes (70 km) On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard.
They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys. The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is not in working order - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - The accommodation is entirely non-smoking - Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited - The exterior of the property (car park side) is under CCTV surveillance - Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
