The sitting area includes a TV with Freeview and DVD player, and there is also WiFi, along with a selection of books and games. The bedrooms include 1 x double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin, and 1 x second-floor mezzanine-style twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, along with a ground-floor basin and WC. The property benefits from oil central heating, with fuel and power included in the rent, and bed linen and towels included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Outside, there is off-road parking for 3 cars and a front lawned garden with patio, furniture, and barbecue, as well as a shared children’s play area on-site. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP. Note: Saturday and Sunday check-ins are not accepted unless arranged prior to booking.
