Welcome to your next Philadelphia getaway! Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation.
This home is a chic, two-level loft in a walk-up building, occupying the top two floors for added privacy.

Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with central heating & air OR radiator heating and window AC units in every space. Parking Ample metered street parking in the neighborhood and well as numerous paid lot and parking garages within easy walking distance. Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay. This historic, spacious apartment is perfect for families and groups looking for a fantastic Center City getaway! Our whole staff is committed to ensuring you have a fantastic stay! We are available to assist with any questions or needs you may have.

This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes. PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay.
By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times.

Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning.
There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground).
