All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with central heating & air in every space. Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay. Parking There is ample free & metered street parking in the neighborhood, plus a convenient parking garage located directly across the street (cost may vary). This modern, spacious home is perfect for families, friends, or couples looking for a luxurious Atlantic City getaway! ️ Our whole staff is committed to ensuring you have a fantastic stay! CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning.
There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground).
