Located on the first floor of a quiet residence near the city center, this 42 m² two-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people.
Featuring a balcony with exceptional views of Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountain range, with no overlooking neighbors, the apartment comprises:
- a comfortable living room with a dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer,
- TV with satellite or cable,
- games for all ages,
- radiators, clothes hangers.
The apartment also includes a private parking space adjacent to the building.
You will particularly appreciate its prime location, in the immediate vicinity of the town center, shops, and bus stops.
The ski slopes are just a five-minute drive away. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM. ##Notes Please note the following additional charges: - Check-in between 9:00 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM: 44e The apartment does not have an elevator. → A security deposit will be required before your check-in. Appartement spacieux, vue superbe, équipement cuisine au top, très propre.
