A spacious 3-bedroom garden suite on Vancouver's West Side, ideal for groups of up to six. The suite features hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a private garden with a hammock and outdoor seating for five.
Complimentary bikes with helmets, a guitar, and a keyboard are all available for guest use. UBC, Pacific Spirit Park, and Kitsilano Beach are all within a short drive, with free street parking right out front and convenient access to transit routes. • Fully self-contained ground-floor home with a private entrance beneath a classic West Side character home • Sleeps up to six across three bedrooms — one king and two queens • One bedroom doubles as a workspace with a desk and digital keyboard, great for remote workers or creative guests • Guitar also available for guests who want to unwind • Bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with a glass panel • Open-plan living and dining area with hardwood floors and original artwork throughout • Dining table seats six comfortably — well-suited for groups • Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space • Private garden with a hammock and outdoor seating for five • Complimentary bikes and helmets — a practical way to explore the neighbourhood • Free street parking available right out front Guest Access: Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire suite, including all three bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area, and the private rear garden.
The suite has its own dedicated entrance — fully separate from the main house. Other Things to Note: • Please note that the upper floor of the home is occupied.
The ground-floor unit is completely private and has its own entrance, ensuring guests have a dedicated space throughout their stay.
However, the backyard is shared. • Please note that the carport is not available for guest parking. • As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home. • Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each.
