Marguerite offers all the comforts you need for an exceptional stay near Bordeaux.
It features a private garden where you can fully enjoy the mild Bordeaux climate and can comfortably accommodate four guests. Situated on the ground floor, this house comprises a lovely 30 m² living room with an open-plan, fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). You can enjoy a garden of around 60 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living room - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A separate toilet Upstairs: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) - A bathroom with a bath and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. Outside: - A terrace and a garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather Marguerite is situated in a very quiet residential neighbourhood near the Château Pape Clément. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: 20 mins - Nearest airport: 20 mins A 6-minute walk from bus route 15, which takes you directly into the centre of Bordeaux On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
