It measures 72 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and two shower rooms.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: – Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) – Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) – A shower room – A separate toilet Upstairs: – A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed, fan and TV – A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – A bathroom with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, griddle, ironing board and iron. Outside: – A flower-filled terrace of 16 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days. The flat is ideally situated in Vidauban, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the various public car parks near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: – Nearest TER station: Vidauban, approximately 1 km away. – Nearest airport: Nice-Côte d'Azur, approximately 80 km away; Marseille-Provence, approximately 120 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – The staircase in the flat is steep and may not be suitable for all guests. – Bed linen and towels are provided. – Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. – End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean condition and that kitchen appliances are cleaned after use. – Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff.
