Bright, quiet, and fully equipped, it features a lovely garden and plenty of spaces dedicated to relaxation and leisure. This house features: - a spacious, inviting living room, - a dining area, - a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, blender, kettle, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer), - a game room, - a gym with fitness equipment, - a video library, - four bedrooms with double beds, - a first bathroom with shower and toilet, - a second bathroom with bathtub and toilet, - a separate toilet, - an additional space in the basement, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, - desk, - high chair for children, - TV, cable/satellite, Wi-Fi, - books and games for all ages. You’ll also enjoy a pleasant garden with an unobstructed, tree-lined view and plenty of natural light. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM. The accommodation does not have a private parking space. ##Notes Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e - Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e → A security deposit will be required before check-in.
