Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings. ️️Florida Weather & Property Disclaimer Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay.
If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability. Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance. Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and you request their return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply.
