Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area - Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4, 90×190) - A bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot, plancha, ironing board and iron, raclette machine, fondue machine, Nespresso coffee machine. Outside: - A 6 m² covered terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, in a very pleasant setting. The flat is just a 5-minute walk from the ski slopes, cable car, mini-market and local shops. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park in front of the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest station: Gap, approximately 21 km away A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service). Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
