Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming one-bedroom flat with a terrace for rent, situated in the heart of the historic centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines.
Set within a former mansion, the property covers 55 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Need more space? The owners also offer a separate studio, “L’Oustau d’Olï – Le Patio”, with its own patio (accommodating up to 2 guests), located in the same building complex.
Accessible via the external staircase leading to the apartment, it allows you to enjoy two separate properties whilst remaining close by. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto a dining room, a bedroom and a shower room (with walk-in shower). Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (mattress thickness 20 cm), a dining area and an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) separated from the living area by a glass partition. - A shower room with walk-in shower and WC. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 12 m² west-facing terrace overlooking the living room and bedroom, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Pernes-les-Fontaines, in the heart of the historic centre, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Visit the village: discover the 41 fountains and the clock tower. - Fontaine de Vaucluse approx. 19 km away - L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue approx. 11 km away - Avignon approx. 28 km away - Mont Ventoux approx. 41 km away Events : - Tribute music festival - Font'art - Avignon Festival - Green Fest in Monteux Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.
