Cocoonr offers this modern 175 m² house in Dinard for rent, which sleeps up to 7 people.
The house comprises a lovely, bright and spacious open-plan living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, each with its own shower and washbasin, and a lovely outdoor area with a pergola.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is made up as follows: Ground floor: - A superb living room with a comfortable sofa that can seat 6 guests, video projector.
The fireplace is not usable. - The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped and spacious.
These include: electric kettle, Senséo coffee machine and filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob (3 burners), oven and microwave, large fridge (two vegetable crispers). - A first bedroom for one person (bed 140x190), large wardrobe, shower cubicle and washbasin. - A garage equipped with a 5-drawer freezer and a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, shower cubicle and washbasin. - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, shower cubicle and washbasin - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200), large dressing area, walk-in shower and washbasin. - On the landing, there is a workspace and a cocooning area. - Separate WC on the landing. Outside: - A lovely 150 m² garden, part of which is enclosed, facing north-east and south-west, with pergola, table and chairs and charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided). Neighbourhood : Situated in a peaceful residential area, the house offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, while being perfectly connected to the main roads.
You'll be within easy reach of key sites such as the Rance dam, Saint-Malo, Dinard and Dinan.
This quiet, family-friendly area means you can make the most of your stay, combining relaxation with sightseeing. Dinard market square is just 7 minutes away by car. Shops less than 5 minutes away by car. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park: 2 parking spaces available in front of the garage.
Free street parking. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint-Malo (14 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes airport (80 km) On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you get the most out of it. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - The garage is not accessible to vehicles - The fireplace is not usable - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - No parties allowed - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
