Cocoonr is offering this charming studio with a patio for rent, situated in the heart of the historic centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines.
Set within a former mansion, the air-conditioned property measures 20 m² and can accommodate up to two guests. Need more space? The owners also offer a self-contained apartment with its own terrace, “L’Oustau d’Olï – Le Perchoir” (accommodating up to 4 guests), situated in the same building complex.
Accessible via an external staircase, it allows you to enjoy two separate properties whilst remaining close by. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 14 m² living area, a kitchenette and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 14 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed (queen-size bedding, 22 cm thick mattress), a kitchenette area including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob... – A bathroom area with shower - A separate toilet Outside: - A west-facing patio of approximately 25 m², furnished for enjoying sunny days.
A plancha grill can be provided (on request). The flat is ideally situated in Pernes-les-Fontaines, in the heart of the historic centre, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Things to do: - Explore the village: a tour of the 41 fountains and the clock tower. – Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, approx. 19 km away - L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, approx. 11 km away - Avignon, approx. 28 km away - Mont Ventoux, approx. 41 km away Events: - Tribute Festival - Font'art - Avignon Festival - Green Fest in Monteux Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest TER station: Carpentras, approximately 7 km away - Nearest SNCF station: Avignon Centre, approximately 29 km away - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence, approximately 79 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
