Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, characterful 250 m² house for rent, ideally situated in the heart of Saint-Lunaire, just a 500-metre walk from the Grande Plage.
Spacious, bright and full of charm, it can accommodate up to 9 guests for a holiday with family or friends. The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor -You will find a lovely, welcoming living area comprising a kitchen that opens onto the dining room, bathed in light thanks to its magnificent bow window, a true signature feature of the house. -The main kitchen is fully equipped with: Induction hob (3 rings), conventional oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler (6 bottles) -A second separate kitchen completes the facilities: Gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave -There is also a separate toilet. Ground floor sleeping area: Separated from the living areas by a door, this space offers peace and privacy.
Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the garden: -Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200 cm -Bedroom 2: a single bed (90 x 190 cm) -Bedroom 3: two separate single beds (90 x 190 cm) Upstairs: -A pleasant, light-filled living room with a bay window welcomes you with: Smart TV (Google TV), a desk area, a three-seater sofa, a round table and five chairs The bathrooms: -Bathroom 1: shower, bath, heated towel rail, washing machine, tumble dryer and changing table. -Bathroom 2: shower, heated towel rail and toilet. The upstairs bedrooms: -Bedroom 4: two separate single beds 90 x 190 cm -Bedroom 5: spacious bedroom with high ceilings, featuring a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and exceptionally comfortable, hotel-quality bedding (30 cm thick mattress). Facilities for families: High chair, travel cot with foam mattress. Outdoor areas You’ll enjoy a lovely south-facing garden, carefully landscaped and full of flowers in fine weather (hydrangeas, climbing roses, herbs, etc.). For your moments of relaxation, the outdoor area features: Garden table and chairs, parasol Two deckchairs Charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided) The little extra that makes all the difference: an outdoor shower in the garden, ideal when returning from the beach. Les Ondines enjoys a prime location right in the centre of Saint-Lunaire.
All the shops and everyday amenities are within a 200-metre walk: bakeries, butchers, grocery shops, cafés, restaurants, newsagents, etc. The Grande Plage is just 500 metres away.
You can enjoy the beach bar, the yacht club and the many summer events organised on the esplanade. Water sports enthusiasts will also appreciate Longchamp Beach, renowned for surfing, located about a 1 km walk from the house. Transport: By car: The house does not have private parking.
However, parking is free in Saint-Lunaire and there are several public car parks nearby.
It is also possible to park on the street in front of the house. ⚠️ The Saint-Lunaire market is held every Sunday throughout the year.
