There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is a 1.5 bathrooms ,the family bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and either a shower, bathtub, or both.
The half bathroom is equipped with a toilet and sink, perfect for your convenience. PARKING: Free parking is available directly outside the property for added convenience. All 53 Degrees Property Short lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.
Not only this, we offer a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay.

Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund.
Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages. *Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area.
Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property.
If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Travel Cots & High Chairs Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay.
Please request these in advance of your arrival. *Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £97 extra fee per week.

By Bus: Regular local bus services operate nearby, providing quick connections to the city centre, train station, and key locations across Swansea. By Train: Swansea Train Station is just a short drive away, offering direct links to Cardiff, Bristol, and London. ♂️ On Foot: Local shops and amenities are within walking distance, making day-to-day essentials easily accessible.
