The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a sofa, a 40-inch SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
The living room has an open set of stairs up to the loft bedroom. DINING AREAS: The dining table is located in the kitchen and seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening. KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Bolton.
There is a gas hob, large range oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is one spacious family bathroom on the property which is equipped with a toilet, sink and bath with overhead shower. All 53 Degrees Property Short lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.
Not only this, we offer a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay.

Our home is professionally cleaned between guests with fresh hotel linen and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning, including change of linen and towels, is available for an additional charge upon request. PARKING: The property does not have any onsite parking, however, paid parking can be found 2-3 min walk away. Any questions or queries, the 53 Degrees Property team are always happy to help. We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible. We can be contacted via Airbnb or by email & phone between the hours of 8 am and 11 pm. If your arrival is scheduled for outside of these hours, please let us know prior to arrival so we can ensure the keys are collected and the property is accessible for you. HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING *No Parties or Events Allowed This property is strictly not suitable for parties.
Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund.
Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages. *Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area.
Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards. *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property.
If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Travel Cots & High Chairs Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay.
Please request these in advance of your arrival. *Stays Over 10 Nights Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £137 extra fee per week.
If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights. *Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport. *Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour *Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either: A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay) Centrally located in Bolton, you can easily walk to shops, cafés, and local attractions.
