The location is perfect for doing everything on foot: shops, restaurants, transport, and city center entertainment are just a stone's throw away, while enjoying the peace and quiet of our small residential building. Our apartment is ideal for a couple, with the possibility of comfortably accommodating a toddler. It features: - Private entrance with storage - Living room with sofa and coffee table - Open fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker - Dining area Upstairs: - Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160x200) - Child's bedroom with a baby cot - Bathroom with a bathtub - Separate toilet You have a private parking space at your disposal.
