The Cocoonr Agency offers this beautiful, modern 95 m² flat for rent in the Chinaillon sector of Le Grand-Bornand, in a recent residence on the heights of the village.

The accommodation comprises - a large, bright living room with lounge, television and access to the balcony; - a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue machine and kitchen utensils; - a convivial dining area for sharing good times after a day in the mountains. At night: - Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200 - Bedroom 2: 160x200 double bed - Bedroom 3: a bunk bed, with a 90x200 berth on the bottom and a 90x190 berth on the top, i.e. 2 berths - Bedroom 4 : a single 90x200 bed and a bunk bed with two 90x190 berths, sleeping 3. This configuration makes it easy to accommodate both families and groups, with well-spaced sleeping areas that are ideal for group stays. Bathroom : - One bathroom with bath - One shower room - Two separate WCs Outside area: The flat has a large balcony with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun, a meal overlooking the mountains or simply relaxing after skiing or hiking.

The flat is conveniently located in Chinaillon, a popular area of Le Grand-Bornand, around 15 minutes' walk from the village centre. In season, free shuttle buses pass close to the residence, providing easy access to the ski slopes, hiking trails, shops and services in the village. At Le Chinaillon you'll find a wide range of shops and services, including bakeries, restaurants, grocery shops and a cinema, as well as access to mountain activities in both summer and winter. The location allows you to enjoy both the peace and quiet of the heights and the proximity of the village's entertainment. If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
