Cocoonr offers this 25 m² studio apartment in Huez with a ski station within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), the accommodation comprises:
- A 15 m² living room with a sofa and dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeping capacity 90x180) not closed by a door.
- A second sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
Outside:
- A 4m² balcony, south-west facing, with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The studio is ideally located in Huez, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Alpe d'Huez ski area (downhill skiing, snowboarding, off-piste, snowshoeing, dog sledding) - Quartier des Jeux & Palais des Congrès 5 minutes' walk away - Numerous outdoor activities in summer: hiking, mountain karts, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, etc. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free at the foot of the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Grenoble 65km - Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère 104km away - Free bus & shuttle service 80 m from the flat (from Lyon airport - 2h20 to 3h30 journey time) - Alpe Express (ski lift) To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets accepted free of charge.
