Cocoonr agency offers this 260 m² house for rent in Brée-les-Bains, less than 500 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 12 people.
It comprises a 60 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of around 1,500 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 60 m² living room with TV, fireplace (first flambé offered) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 4: with two queen-size beds (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 5: with a queen-size bed (160×200), a double bed (140x190) and a single bed
- A shower room (with shower and WC)
- A bathroom (with bath)
- Three separate WCs
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 1,500 m² facing east and west
- An east-facing terrace of 150 m², with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The house is ideally located in La Brée-les-Bains, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Beach of La-Brée-les-Bains - Chassiron lighthouse - Fort Royer Oyster Site - La Brée Mill Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (3 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: La Rochelle, 86 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - The fireplace is operational, and the first flambé is free. - Pets are welcome free of charge.
One animal only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
